Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Dream Spanish Academy. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.

1. Service Terms

• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for services once the payment has been processed.

• Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, you may reschedule a session with at least 3 hours' notice.

• Rescheduling Limit: Rescheduling is limited to a maximum of 3 times per booking.

• Punctuality: If a student arrives late, the lost time will not be made up, and the session will end at the scheduled time.

• No-Shows: If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the service will be considered completed, and no refund or credit will be provided.

2. Instructor Commitment

• In the event that a session is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen situations (technical issues or emergencies), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

3. Digital Content

• All sales of digital or downloadable content are final and non-refundable once access is provided.
