To ensure the best learning experience for our students, the following rules apply to all instructional services:

• Booking & Payment: All classes must be paid in advance. We accept payments through various digital platforms and bank transfers. Specific payment details will be provided during the booking process.

• Duration: Standard lessons are 55 minutes long.

• Class Materials: We provide personalized digital study materials tailored to each student's specific needs and learning goals. These materials are for personal use only.

• Code of Conduct: A respectful and polite attitude is expected during all sessions. Offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of service without a refund.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for canceled classes once payment is processed.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a class with at least 3 hours' notice. This is limited to a maximum of 3 times per booking.

• Punctuality: It is recommended to join the class on time. If you arrive late, the lost time will not be made up, and the class will end at the scheduled time.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up without prior notice, the class will be considered "completed," and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

• Our Commitment: If an unforeseen situation arises on our end (technical issues, emergencies, etc.), we will reschedule your class at no extra cost.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Dream Spanish Academy owns the intellectual property rights for all original material on this website and any custom educational content created for lessons. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
